On Monday, December 9, the Hartford County Bar Association celebrated its 225th anniversary at the Marriott Hotel in downtown Hartford.  Matt and the other past presidents of the HCBA were all honored guests at the event which drew a large crowd of approximately 350 lawyers and judges from around the state.  Senator Christopher Dodd gave an excellent speech and a good time was had by all, including Matt's invited guests.
