CCHRO Cases |
The Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities has recently decided to retain jurisdiction in three of the cases that the firm has brought on behalf of individual clients. This is a significant milestone in each of these cases because by retaining jurisdiction, the CCHRO has initially determined that there was a discriminatory practice in each of the cases under which they have jurisdiction. Each of these cases will now proceed to a fact finding mediation. These decisions exemplify the firm’s commitment to its individual employment law clients.
